Bermy Barkus

Bermuda's Dog Parade

Inspired by the Mardi Gras barkus parade, and to honour the birthday of PadsPass founder Pads, Bermy Barkus is held in February as Bermuda's dog parade . Dogs are dressed up to a theme and join their humans for a parade where a King, Queen, and Court Jester are chosen each year. Their crowns are held for the year before being passed and they are added to the Royal Court.
