Yes! PadsPass has been successfully used for travel between the US, Bermuda and Canada. Customers have also used our VIPP services for travel to Europe, the UK and Barbados.

Pet ID: Free, limited to (1) pet's microchip and health information without travel planning features.
Digital Pet Passport: $250/per year for up to (5) pets, unlimited trips planned and option to have verified documents to enhance travel compliance and confidence. Access to expert pet travel content.
VIPP - Very Important Pet Parents: A $500 add-on to the Digital Pet Passport. A premium service to travel further than the Digital Pet Passport.

Data is secured end‑to‑end using HTTPS/TLS 1.3 and authenticated with JWT; storage uses secure, access‑controlled infrastructure with row‑level security and audit logging.
PadsPass complies with applicable privacy laws and publishes jurisdictional addenda (e.g., GDPR, Bermuda PIPA, CCPA).
You can request access, correction, deletion, and see policy change practices and consent logging.

PadsPass is the next-gen version of your pet’s passport - fully digital, secure, and always backed up. Unlike physical documents, it can’t be altered, erased, or tampered with. It is digitising a paper system. Everything stays organised and accessible only to you, from the device of your choice.

Feedback from users informs the roadmap and we periodically announce major updates in‑app and via email/social. The best way to see the features you want faster is to subscribe to the Digital Pet Passport and reach out with your feature request.

Customer support is accessed according to your subscription level through the app by sending us a request. We typically respond to most requests within 48 hours, with VIPPs receiving the fastest response times.

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account or by contacting support.
Refunds follow our Terms of Service: a 7‑day cooling‑off period for new subscriptions; otherwise non‑refundable except as expressly provided.
