What are the subscription plans, pricing, and free trials?
Pet ID: Free. A Digital Pet ID for up to 5 pets to store microchip and health information (no travel-planning features).
Digital Pet Passport (DPP): $39/year for up to 5 pets. Everything in Pet ID, plus full travel planning — destination and airline requirement checks, timelines, and verified documents for travel compliance. Includes access to expert pet-travel content.
VIPP (Very Important Pet Parents): A concierge service with a human team on your trip, for journeys beyond what the Digital Pet Passport covers. Two options: VIPP Journey at $649 per journey (for complex, custom, or urgent trips not yet supported by the DPP) and VIPP Traveler at $2,400/year (a named concierge for the full year).

How do cancellations and refunds work?
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account or by contacting support.
Refunds follow our Terms of Service: a 7‑day cooling‑off period for new subscriptions; otherwise non‑refundable except as expressly provided.
